Welcome! I am a Jungian-oriented therapist offering a compassionate, client-centered approach. Together we will navigate your past and present challenges, considering their connections to develop insight for growth. My sessions offer a safe container in which to explore your unique strengths, sufferings, and stuck places.
I am a candidate in training to become a Jungian Analyst with many hours of counseling experience. This is a many-year, in-depth, internationally accredited diploma program which will deeply inform my work with you. The training institute, however, is not involved in, nor responsible for, my therapeutic work.
My focus is on helping you integrate all parts of yourself into purposeful, soul-filled living. I specialize in dreamwork and the imaginal through a lens of developmental psychotherapy, building bridges between your unconscious and conscious states to engage more awareness and agency in your life. Dream recall is welcome but not required!

In addition to my private practice in dreamwork and Jungian-oriented counseling, I have 750 internship hours in general psychotherapy through New Path Counseling in East Longmeadow, MA, 550 hours of training in clinical pastoral counseling and three years as a caseworker with adults with mental illness at CASCAP, Cambridge, MA. I am a Certified Dreamwork Professional (CDP, Institute for Dream Studies). My Master of Divinity from Harvard Divinity School, Buddhist studies, foundations in shamanic training, Reiki Master certificate, and teaching of yoga and meditation, inform my holistic, embodied approach. I also offer dream workshops, often integrating one or more of the following: goddess exploration, poetry, embodied meditation, and labyrinth walking.
